How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Attemptsstruggling Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about any of these:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Attemptsstruggling Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please understand that Attemptsstruggling Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in New York.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@attemptsstruggling.living and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write to Us
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Still Feel Unheard
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
